The rich "vegetable garden" tradition of Corinth and the Peloponnese is expressed in our Hostel through our biological vegetable garden, which is a pride for the older ones and a school for the young ones.
After all, this tradition is the one who takes care of the planting of vegetables in May, supervises the production process (digging, watering, etc.) and is happy when fruits are finally offered to visiting friends in the summer. Tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, beans, eggplants, grow harmoniously with corn and basil, next to the shade of the big walnut-tree.
The educational "snail" of aromatic plants smells of basil, oregano, thyme, mint, sage, mint and rosemary.
The bio-agricultural agro-tourism consciousness imposes the cultivation of the vegetable garden with traditional, ecological and biological methods. The result is guaranteed to delight everyone who tastes it!
